. { I Can Make A Difference } .

Today I went into work a little later than usual to take a refresher class on The Disney Service Basics. We watched videos, did activities and discussed these four things:

I project positive image and energy.

I am courteous and respectful to all Guests, including children.

I stay in character and play the part.

I go above and beyond.

These four basics are what create Disney Service. Guests and Cast Members help create them to preserve and protect the magic. I'm not going to lie, I don't get annoyed hearing these steps over and over again. Working here at Disney forces me to be a good person, except that I don't feel like I'm forcing myself anymore. I really am having fun while working. I really mean it when I say "thank you." And I really enjoy making Guests smile. It feels good to be nice to people.
